The American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) and the European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE) MEDiNA Conference and Exhibition will attract delegates from around the world, to discuss energy resource challenges and explore new opportunities in the North Africa region.
The conference will include workshops, technical programmes, field trips and also offer you the opportunity to exhibit your company for the three days to showcase your services, technologies, launch new products and heighten brand awareness.
The AAPG/EAGE conference offers two main exhibiting options, and in this way, you can choose the option that best meets your needs and budget. Please find information below on the different options; you can choose between a Space Only and a Booth Package.
Space Only Package
The Space Only option offers you a chance to create and build your own unique stand.
Please note when booking this service, no booth package, electricity or cleaning is included.
The following fees apply for Space Only: $480 per m² excluding VAT.
Booth Package
If you do not wish to build your own stand, the Booth Package is an excellent choice! We will take care of the basic needs, such as wall panels, electricity and carpeting.
The following fees apply to the Booth Package: $550 per m² excluding VAT.
The booth package includes:
- White-wall panels
- Socket outlet, including normal electricity consumption
- One spotlight
- A fascia with a name board on all the open sides of the booth
- Carpet
- Booth cleaning
Please Note: Furniture is not included in the Booth Package and can be ordered separately.
